Surrounded by the beauty and tranquility of the Orwell Bay and Vernon River, the Vacation Home is nestled in the rolling hills of southeastern P.E.I. This small horticultural farm is within walking distance of Orwell Corner Historic Village and MacPhail's Ecological Forestry Project.
Accommodations are all on ground level and include fully-equipped kitchen, 1.5 baths, 3 bedrooms, sunken living room, laundry room and patio. Close by are beaches, golf courses, art and craft shops, harness racing, provincial parks, nature trails, trout fishing, and shopping. "Yours to Enjoy"

    Payment Details
    20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: No fee.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
