Ancient Farmhouse in Umbria
The farmhouse is located near the medieval town of Otricoli in the province of Terni in southern Umbria, 60 kms from Rome (3 kms from the highway A1 exit, Magliano Sabina).
It's a charming ancient farmhouse, 16th century, and has been recently renovated and refurbished, divided into 4 apartments with four or six beds, is near some interesting ancient sites: Viterbo and Terni 30 km., Perugia, Assisi, Todi and Spoleto are about 50/70 km away from here, Orvieto is 50 km away.
The nearest railway station (Civita Castellana or Orte) is 12 km away with trains every hour to and from Rome.

    The farmhouse has a very beautiful view on the Umbria's hills, and it is 300 meters above sea level, surrounded by a farm of 33 hectares planted with cereal and sunflower seeds. Outdoor there is large area (4000 sq.m.) with: swimming pool (14x7 ml. open 01/05 - 30/09), umbrellas, tables with chairs, and barbecue.

    The Farmhouse is located near Otricoli in the province of Terni in Umbria, 60 kilometers from Rome (3 km. from the highway A1, exit Magliano Sabina).It is in an ancient rural hamlet and has been recently renovated and refurbished, divided into 4 apartments with four or six beds, there is a 14x7 mt. swimming pool. It has a very beautiful view and it is 350 meters above sea level, surrounded by a farm of 33 hectares planted with cereal and sunflower seeds.The Farmhouse is near some interesting ancient sites : Otricoli (3 km.) with its archaeological excavations, Narni (18 km.) a medieval town, Viterbo (30 km.) with ruins of ancient Etruscan civilization, Terni with Marmore falls 30 km., Perugia and Assisi are about 70 km. away from here. The nearest railway station is 9 km. away with trains every hour to Rome. There is a Riding School 5 km. from the farm and tennis court 3 km away

    Payment Details
    A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal
    30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance).

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit/fee of 50.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
