Cottage is on 3 acres of waterfront property with a spectacular view of the waterfront and the lake. You can sit on the deck or lawn at the cottage and have an unobstructed view of the waterfront. Makes it quite easy to keep track of the younger ones.....

• The unit is Lake front. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. There is a dock and moorage float/anchor. The dock is private. There is room for 4 boats. Swimming is terrific at Loon Cove. Ghere is a sandy beach area where you walk in and the water gets gradually deeper. There is a raft (swimming platform) moored out in front for loads of fun for the whole family. You can run and dive off the dock as the water is deep enough at that point. Beach Equipment: Canoe and Rentals Nearby.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 250) are refunded if unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
