Facility has private tennis court, beach volleyball court, swimming raft, diving board, clubhouse / theatre room & library, all located on beautiful Jade Bay of Kalamalka Lake. Boat launch and docks for use by tennants, wireless internet (free). This is one of the Okanagan's premiere waterfront facilities! Unit is second row from lake so no walking traffic in front of the unit. Unit is 40 feet from lake. |

Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Policies
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Cash Damage deposit is $200 and this includes $100 clean-up fee if unit is not returned to clean condition it was in prior to rental. *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request. • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of $100 of Damage Deposit may be provided. • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. |
