    • Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Golf at the prestigious Predator Ridge, located 45 minutes away, or have family fun at the Aspen Grove Golf course, located 10 minutes away or discover the vast array of Kelowna or Vernon golf courses at your leisure.
    • Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Silver Star in Vernon or Big White in Kelowna, are both approximately one hour away.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). Shop or dine at either Vernon or Kelowna, 20 minute drive in either direction. Shop or dine in Winfield, 10 minute drive from the unit. Cold beer and wine store and some local shopping in Oyama, 5 minute drive, 10 minute walk.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is coarse sand. 10 minute walk to Wood Lake, 20 minutes to Kalamalka Lake.

    Payment Details
    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No housekeeping is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
