Full kitchen with lots of space for both prep and cooking. Dining table and chairs available for eating in and a private patio and BBQ are also available for your enjoyment. Coffee and tea are provided.

The unit has an excellent view of Wood Lake. There are small mountains on both sides of the lake and beautiful orchards particularly on the east side of the lake.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
