Located 5 minutes by walk to the Los Muertos Beach. Chairs, beach umbrella and cooler. VIP transport from the Airport at your arrival and departure (during high season), cellular phone, WiFi internet. Very high quality appliances and furnishings. The Malecon is at a short walk distance. Very quite building and area. Nice view of the town and mountains.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Filtered water throughout the building, elevator, grated community with 24 hours security, heated saltwater pool and jacuzzi. Secure parking garage, next door is a day spa and gym.

Old Town location - walk to everything.

The Malecon is at a short walk distance. You can enjoy is music, shows, local handcraft, restaurants, bar, etc.
