Exquisite master suite with king size bed, 42" HDTV, attached bathroom with double-headed shower, massage table in closet, ceiling fan, desk, dresser, end tables, and extra chairs. View windows look on windswept trees. Beautiful materials: Brazilian hardwood floors, art glass lighting, and travertine tile.

Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, bathtub, shower and one basin.

High-bluff view of the ocean across 90 degrees. We are across the street from the bluff with some obstructing power lines and looking down on single-storey houses across the street, but with the breeze and the sound of the surf, your attention really is drawn to the ocean.
300 of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 21 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Usually take payment through PayPal.com.
Cancellation policy: The $300 deposit would be non-refundable, if you cancel within three weeks of your arrival; although we would credit that amount toward a future visit.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
- Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $20 per hour.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
