    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 6:00 PM and check out before 3:00 PM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 40lbs (14kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200 will apply.
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 3 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
