There are a number of local buses that stop along the main road and for approximately 50 cents will take you from Ixtapa to Zihuatanejo. They start at the Marina Ixtapa. Very handy to get around if you don't want to take a taxi, which are very accessible.
    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Great restaurants are all within walking distance. Ixtapa's shopping is located primarily in a series of small malls located across the street from Amara Ixtapa. Ixtapa Marina is about a 15 minute walk from the Amara Community.

    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.

    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
