Special Conditions

Rental bookings must be arranged in blocks of 7 days each to a maximum of 21 days (3 blocks).The rental price is based upon double occupancy and includes food and beverages from any of the 4 Gourmet Restaurants on site. Guests in multiples of two, (maximum 4 people per room) may opt to have separate rooms. Guests may choose either two double beds (up to 4 people)or one king size bed(2people).

1 King Bed (sleeps 2). There are two configurations for your choice. One features a king size bed which is suitable for 2 people. The other has two double beds and accommodates up to 4 people. All rooms have a cozy, two person in-room, water purified jacuzzi tub.

Puerto Vallarta International Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. A cab ride from the Airport to the Vallarta Palace may cost $25. The stated rate from the Palace to the Airport is $13. Mexican cab ride are "negotiable", but seem more difficult to negotiate when you arrive with your luggage.
Transit: can be reached by walking for 1 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The local buses that service Nuevo Vallarta are modern, air-conditioned, have plush seating and tinted windows. Cost to ride the bus to downtown Puerto Vallarta is 12 Pesos (approximately $1.20), compared with $18.00 for a cab.

Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking less than 1 minute away. The Paradise Plaza shopping mall features boutiques and silver shops, as well as services such as beauty salons and an Internet cafe.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 70 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer
