Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit (equal to one night's rent) is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.
Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
Pool heat is included in rates.
