Your resort is situated on 60 acres of lush gardens, with a huge ambling pool surrounded by Palm Trees. Walk along the mile long beach, or relax under a palapa. Daily maid service is provided. Dine in any of the four restaurants on site. Your mini kitchen is just right for preparing breakfast and light snacks.
The view from your room will be either Ocean View or Golf Course View.

The Puerto Vallarta International airport is about a 5 minute drive/taxi from the property.
Transit
City Bus with "Marina" destination will take you and return you from downtown.
Shopping and Dining
There is a restaurant onsite and several picturesque restaurants in the Marina that serve International and Mexican cuisine.
Attractions
Popular Tours are Whale Watching (see the Humpbacks in the winter months), Sunset Dining Cruise, Zip-Lining, City Tour, Sierra Madras Tour in 4x4's. Fireworks displays are visible on the Bay on many evenings in winter.
Waterfront and/or Beach
Property is near a ocean. A coarse sand beach, gradual for a short distance is a -1 minute walk from the property.
Payments
Booking Cancellation:
If you cancel less than 90 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Cancellations outside of the above policy to be discussed with the owner.
Booking Deposit:
The booking is confirmed with a deposit that is 4 nights rent.
Payment Balance:
The payment balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
