The kitchen is fully loaded with all dishes and appliances, cookware and utensils necessary to dine in if choose, or enjoy one of the many restaurants located close by. The condo has washer and dryer for you convenience.

    The condo is a privately own , not timeshare and not hotel, so the home owner association rules should be follow or you will be ask to pay any fines or leave the unit and No refunds will be made.

    Payment Details
    The damage deposit is required to complete the booking (balance due 14 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 AM and 7:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
