This high end complex includes a security entrance, several swimming pools, tennis courts, fully equipped gym (no charge) & day spa, restaurant on site open daily.

    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). Second Master Bedroom Suite with ensuite, and sliding door access to deck and fabulous ocean view (Bay of Banderas). TV & DVD player, pull down blind plus black out shade for window/sliding door.
    Den
    1 Queen Hide-A-Bed/Sofa Bed (sleeps 2). Queen sofa bed in Den, with 2 end tables & lamps, plus coffee table which can be pushed out of the way, also TV & DVD player, and small storage unit for clothes. The 3rd bathroom (w/shower) is located just outside of the den in a short hallway.

    Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

    View is a spectacular high and wide view of Banderas Bay, with Nuevo Vallarta and Puerto Vallarta in the distance. The lights of these areas can be seen across the Bay at night. Watch whales in the bay, cruise ships coming and going.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
