Each bedroom has its own bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful contemporary Mexican décor. The 2nd bedroom has one queen bed the third bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen will accommodate any chef with its full line of appliances and ceramic surfaces.
This condo has been renovated top to bottom; everything has been refinished in the highest quality of materials and workmanship. All 4 bathrooms are finished in marble and granite. The kitchen is updated with new stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. Brand new Air Conditioning units.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Discover Card - Cash - Diners Club - Email Money Transfer
    There is a 5% charge when paid by credit card.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
