This gorgeous getaway comes complete with outdoor and in door kitchen kitchen, pool and palapa and beautiful views everywhere. You can watch the boats float by as you are lazing in your hammock or stare at the beautiful Grand Bay as your preparing your favorite seafood meal on the built in BBQ in the outdoor kitchen. From the pool your view is just as beautiful, swim and enjoy the scenery! You wont see cars, only boats as there is water on two of the 3 sides and a great seawall around the very private property.

    This gorgeous villa is located on the end of a canal with water on 2 of its 3 sides. The views are everywhere and can be seen inside and out. The waters of the canal are right next to the terrace many boats and marine traffic and in the distance you can see mountains and the Grand Bay Hotel!It is one of the best views in Barra de Navidad!

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Email Money Transfer - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
