    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments (less 10%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 15 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 35.00.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
