What is so wonderful about our condo is it's beautiful large pool that you can walk into practically right from our balcony. And while in the pool you can just watch the Bay and City below. Our unit is right there and very convenient. It makes you feel like you are in your very own home, in paradise! If you want to walk to town, that's easy. Just 5 minutes walk down the hill to the popular Basillo Badillo Street, the beach and the restaurants and shops. The bedrooms have very comfortable beds and the third bedrooms twins can be made into a very comfortable king.

    We have 2 security boxes in the condo, hair dryers, full length mirrors. Organic soaps, shampoos, slippers and robes, and a nice selection of CD's for your enjoyment.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - PayPal
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
