    No maid service on Sunday, please tip if you are pleased. Please smoke on the balcony only. Absolutely no pets. Bathrooms and kitchen were remodeled July 08. New drapes, appliances, A/C, and fans. We love our Home and try our best to make it your home, we hope you will also love and care for our Home. Thank You.

    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 10%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 18 years old.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
    • Pool heat is included in rates.
