    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Oasis Restaurant is located at The Beach Club. Many other restaurants and shops are nearby in Santiago and Manzanillo. A short distance down the beach, there are several merchants selling local wares, as well as a beach-side restaurant serving food and beverages.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Nearby beach is perfect for a long walk, spending the day or just watching from the comfort of your chaise lounge at The Beach Club. Boat and jet ski rentals are nearby. Try a banana boat ride and test your balance!
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details

    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking. Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival date. Additional Security Deposit of $200 is required. No refund unless the owner is able to re-rent the property for the entire period of your reservation.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for children under the age of 5.
    • Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided every 3 days during a stay.
