Special Conditions
Full maid service (linens changed, room cleaned, trash removed and towels exchanged) is 300 Pesos for the first 2 occupants. 100 pesos per person thereafter.

Limited maid service (trash removal and towel exchange) is 155 pesos and must be requested upon check-in at the resort. Both fees are paid directly at the resort and are not included in your rental total. You must choose one of these options at check-in.

    2 Single/Twin Beds and 2 Single/Twin Cots. Sofas are very nice for sleeping. One piece bottom unit. No cracks to fall into and the sofa is 6 foot long. No neck problems with this sofa!

    1 King Bed. Large bedroom with a New King Spring Air no turn pillow top mattress. (April 2005) Firm with very soft top.....really comfortable! This room has a large private bathroom. All marble walls, floor and counter top with two vanity sinks, tub, glass enclosed shower and separate bath tub. Hair dryer and large mirror complete the walls. Abundant supply of assorted towels complete the amenities in this luxurious bathroom.

    The main view is the Pacific Ocean (Tangolunda Bay), beach and pool from balconies and all units. The Complex has 17 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens. Flowers are everywhere! This unit has dining room window and view of gardens.

    • Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). Recommend taxi for 25 pesos to golf course.
    • Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Restaurants and small grocery stores are within walking distance of condo.
    • Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Complex has its own quarter-mile exclusive beach. Beach equipment provided.

    Payment Details
    2 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pencan be provided.
    • Check in after 4:00PM and check out before 12:00PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00PM and 7:00AM.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay.
