1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The luxurious master bedroom has a large screen satellite television, private balcony, large private shower with marble floors throughout. The bathroom has his and her sinks, spacious storage and closet space and sits at the highest point of the villa offering spectacular views throughout. 1 King Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom has a television with satellite connection, plenty of closet and storage space and an adjoining bathroom with bedroom three in 'Jack and Jill' style. Walk out onto the terrace and pool level, and enjoy the party room a few steps away. 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom offers plenty of closet space and open views to the ocean. The bathroom adjoins with bedroom 2 in a 'Jack and Jill' style. The room opens out to the terrace and pool levels and is a few steps away from the party room. 1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This room is the main bedroom of the second level of the house and is set off of the main living space and kitchen on that level. The bed can be split into two twins or adjoined as a King. Breathtaking views of the ocean and private terrace. 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This spacious bedroom has spectacular views of the bay and its own private viewing area. Plenty of closet and storage space as well as chaise lounge for relaxing or reading. 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom offers a private balcony and beautiful relaxing views of the ocean. Plenty of closet space for storage. 1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). This alcove area rests between bedrooms 5 and 6 and can be set up for 2 additional guests with larger parties. The alcove has its own closet space and has its own private balcony with amazing views of Banderas bay.

This hillside home boasts spectacular views of both jungle and ocean. The famous Los Arcos can be seen off in the distance. Watch the sun slip into the ocean while sipping a margarita after a day of fun in the sun.

• Puerto Vallarta International Airport, Gustavo Díaz Ordaz is within a 15 minute(s) drive. A cab, shuttle or van is readily available at the airport and a ride to the house usually takes about 15 minutes through the heart of town. A specially arranged pick up can be made if preferred.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Located in the regulated zone for cab fares. This means that any taxi ride to any part of the downtown area, from the house, is just 5 US Dollars. Cab rides to the airport can range between $25 (2 people) and up for the 20-30 minute cab ride. This is a very reliable and safe mode of transportation while in PV.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 25 minute(s). There are 4 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There is a convenience store, Oxxo, similar to 7-11 within a 10 minute walk. Although walking to the downtown area can be done in approximately 20 minutes at a good pace, I would recommend taking a taxi as the walk would take place on the main highway. A taxi is $5.00 to downtown and can be a wealth of information for places to eat or visit.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 45 days prior, payments (less 50) are refunded if re-rented.

If cancelling less than 45 days prior, payments less 50% of the cost of the rental fee (generally the deposit amount) are nonrefundable unless the villa is re-rented at the same nightly rental rate. If not, 50% plus the difference in rental rate shall be retained by the owner for cancellations resulting in a re-rent resulting in a lower rental rate.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 4 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of security deposit will be returned within 2 weeks may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
