Completed in December 2006, this is the largest of the three in the building, with capacity to sleep 10 comfortably. It offers all the modern amenities and comfort, on two levels connected by a spiral staircase, entirely decorated with first quality Mexican furniture (except for the pillow top mattresses made in the US!) and tasteful handmade Mexican handicrafts. The lower level is really a little separate apartment, complete with a master king-size bedroom, bathroom, balcony and den/sitting room/computer room... Nice and quiet, private.

And you're IN the best part of Puerto Vallarta, the "Romantic Zone" on the south side of town, where it's at!
    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Travelers Cheques
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
    • Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
