The accommodation is in a picture perfect palapa (thatched roof bungalow) with 20 foot ceilings, a sitting patio, native equipales (hand made chairs and tables) to take in the awesome sunsets, the nature show in sea in front of you, the magnificent coastline and distant mountains. All nestled in a tropical garden of giant coconut palm trees, towering cacti, brilliant bougainvillea, and producing banana trees.

    The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 1:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
