The golf club and the sports club have restaurants a block away , also you can have a healthy walk (15 minutes) to Paradise Plaza Shopping centre with shops, grocery store, pharmacy, and all kinds of restaurants, (Italian, Brazilian, Mexican, etc).

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 25%) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 30.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
