    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 1 nights rent) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
    Owner accepts payments by: Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • No children are allowed under 5 years old.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20.00.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
