Apartment (80 m2) in the ancient castle of Lispida, whose origins date back to 1153. First built as a monastery it was subsequently destroyed and rebuilt and eventually became the property of the Venetian Republic. During the first World war it was the residence of Vittorio Emanuele, the king of Italy and currently it is the centre piece of an important wine producing estate. Its position at the foot of the Eugeanean hills makes it ideal for excursions to the surrounding villages. The apartment is at the entrance to the castle, it benefits from peace and quiet and has beautiful views over the park and the countryside. In an ancient greenhouse a heated swimming pool (12.5x4) (4/4-31/12) has been built with a jacuzzi area and counter-current swimming (Children will need supervision), in common with the Castle; Private and equipped garden. Weddings and conventions are occasionally organised on the property. Parking. Internet access. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
