Pretty apartments that have been tastefully restored in the outer buildings of a splendid 19th century villa set against the backdrop of the Eugeanean hills. The apartments are set around beautiful parklands with a pergola and open fireplace which the guests can make use of for outdoor meals. Views over the countryside. Shared laundry room (washing machine). The estate produces prestigious wines where it is possible to both taste and purchase. 4 mountain bikes are available for hire. During the spring and summer months wedding banquets are occasionally held in the grounds. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.
ACCOMMODATION: 1st. fl.: living/dining room with cooking corner (TV, freezer) and double divan bed, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.
LOCATION: 1 km Torreglia (food shops), 3 km tennis, 8 km Abano Terme (thermal spas, swimming-pools, elegant shops), 15 km Padua, 20 km Vicenza, 40 km Venice.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
