Characteristic 18th-century farmhouse which has been renovated and is set inside the property gardens (5 hectares) and which are completely enclosed. Tours of the gardens. Shared with the owners: gardens including two small lakes, a tennis court, a swimming pool (7.5x15) (open 9 am 8 pm) with changing room and shower, barbecue. The owners live in an adjacent villa and occasionally use the swimming pool. At the guests' disposal: Internet connection, rowing machine, exercise bike, table-tennis, table-football. It is possible to go jogging inside the gardens, along the paths measuring approx. 1 km. On request and to be paid for on site: domestic help. Approx. 300 m away passes a secondary road with a bicycle track leading to Abano Terme. Reasonably comfortable furnishings with country-style and modern furniture as well as antique pieces. Covered parking space. It is possible to rent the villa also for 12 sleeping spaces using the name SIRIUS 12 (in this case the upstairs and the attic will be made available) and for 16 sleeping spaces using the name SIRIUS 16 (making use also of the an apartment next door). ACCOMMODATION: (260 m2) Gr. fl.: spacious portico, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine), locked rooms. 1st fl.: small lounge (TV), living/dining room, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with terrace, 1 double bedroom (TV) with bathroom with bath, 3 twin bedded rooms, 2 bathrooms with bath. Air conditioning in the living/dining room only.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
