Characteristic farmhouse (260 m2) originally from the early 18th century, which has been restored and is set inside a 5-hectare park in the Venetian countryside. The park, completely fenced in, includes a small lake, a tennis court, a swimming pool (7.5x15) (open 9 a.m. 8 p.m.) with changing room and shower, barbecue and garden equipped, all of which is shared with the owners who live in the nearby villa. View of the park. A secondary road passes approx. 300 m from the house as well as a bicycle route that leads to Abano Terme. Very comfortable furnishings with rustic and modern furniture. Parking and garage for one car.
It is possible to book the villa also for 8 sleeping spaces under the name SIRIUS 8: in this case the 2nd floor will not be available. Baby-bed availableInternet access. Central heating. DISTANCES: 500 m from the town of Giarre (supermarket), 3 km Abano Terme famous spa centre, 10 km Padua, 30 km Vicenza and 35 km Venice.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: spacious portico, 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine), locked rooms. 1st fl.: small lounge (TV), living/dining room, kitchen/dining room (oven, freezer, dishwasher) with terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, 3 twin bedded rooms, 2 bathrooms with bath. Air conditioning in the living/dining room only.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
