Villa is about 40km from Venice and Vicenza, 90 from Verona and Bologna. Not to mention the smaller towns and villages worth visiting: the medieval walled towns of Cittadella and Castelfranco Veneto; Bassano with its famous covered bridge; elegant Asolo; the fortified towns of Montagnana. Any number of Palladian villas can be visited in the immediate vicinity. You can barge down the Brenta Canal from Padova to Venice itself or spend a day at the beach at Jesolo, or Venice’s renowned Lido. Nearby, the volcanic Euganean Hills make a delightful daytrip, for scenery, local cuisine, and wines. Not to mention beautiful Lake Garda. Golf courses, tennis club, and riding facilities are located within 10-60 minutes drive from the property.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) A refundable security/damage deposit of 800 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs and/or Cats are allowed, up to and over 75lbs (34kg) but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 80 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
