Beautiful farmhouse that has been carefully restored (350 m2) set in the verdant hills of the Maremma area. The house is in a portion of a classical and ancient Tuscan farmhouse. Beautiful views over the countryside. A dual carriage way passes 200 m below the house. Large and equipped lawn (10,000 m2) with swimming pool (8x16)(open from 9 a.m. to 7.30 p.m.) shared with the other apartment and occasionally with the owner as well, jacuzzi bath. Parking. DISTANCES: 1 km Paganico (various shops) and approx 30 km from the Uccellina nature reserve and where there are very beautiful public beaches, 42 km Castiglione della Pescaia, 60 km Punta Ala, a famous tourist resort with pleasure-boat harbour (sailing, golf course, horse riding etc), 46 km Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr.fl.: living-room (90 m2) with satellite TV and fireplace, dining-room, kitchen (oven, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with shower (washing machine). 1st fl. (access from an open staircase too): living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with fireplace, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom (bath and shower), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
