Farmhouse divided into three apartments situated in the area noted for the D.O.C wine of Montecucco (200 m a.s.l.). Views of the hills surrounding the valley of the Ombrone River. Very peaceful position. The house is surrounded by a very well-kept and equipped lawn with a beautiful swimming pool (6x12), suntrap terrace and barbecue. Access to the house along 300 m of dirt track road in good condition. Shared washing machine. The apartments have independent entrances and rustic-style and reasonable comfortable furniture. The owner, who lives in the third apartment, organizes dinners with typical dishes in a room (30 m2) on the ground floor with a large fireplace. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. DISTANCES: 11 km Cinigiano (all kinds of shops), 20 km Paganico, 28 km Grosseto (horse riding), 40 km the Natural Park of the Maremma and the medieval hamlet of Montalcino, renowned for its wines, 50 km Siena and the beautiful sandy beaches of the Parco dell'Uccellina.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
