Farmhouse divided into three apartments situated in the area noted for the D.O.C wine of Montecucco (200 m a.s.l.). Views of the hills surrounding the valley of the Ombrone River. Very peaceful position. The house is surrounded by a very well-kept and equipped lawn with a beautiful swimming pool (6x12), suntrap terrace and barbecue. Access to the house along 300 m of dirt track road in good condition. Shared washing machine. The apartments have independent entrances and rustic-style and reasonable comfortable furniture. The owner, who lives in the third apartment, organizes dinners with typical dishes in a room (30 m2) on the ground floor with a large fireplace. Parking. Baby-bed availableCentral heating. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
