Introducing a beachfront Maui vacation without the crowds! The house is located in the heart of the hip beach town of Paia. You won’t find any skyscrapers, big hotels, or condo complexes in this historic plantation town. You will find an array of locally owned surf shops, clothing boutiques, restaurants, bakeries, and specialty stores. All of which are just a short stroll away from the house. Tucked quietly away on a private road, and at the end of a beautiful white sandy beach unknown to most vacationers, the house provides the prefect balance between convenience and privacy. Hawaiian sunsets are made more beautiful when you hear the waves crashing just steps away from the large manicured lawn. So kick off your shoes and come relax in style as you enjoy the casual elegance of this Hawaiian Plantation style home with all the modern conveniences

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Cash

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 25.00.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 25.00 per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
