Spacious and comfortable condominium conveniently located one and a half miles from Paia. Walking distance to Kuau Cove Beach (3 homes away) right by landmark restaurant, Mama's Fish House; Windsurf, kiteboard, or surf right next door at Ho'okipa Beach. The condo was recently (2006) renovated. It features a newly upgraded kitchen, two upgraded bathrooms, a master bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with two twin size beds, and a roomy living room with a fold out futon. The unit is on the ground floor and can easily be accessed from the reserved parking right in front of the door.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 90 days prior, payments (less 150) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
