20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash
There are several options for payment depending on what country you live in and the time between booking and arrival. The easiest is always Paypal and we can also accept a bank transfer via SWIFT or IBAN. Sometimes a personal cheque is OK and for very late bookings we will accept cash (not credit card) on arrival. For this we will require to know your precise travel/arrival plans.
If you have to cancel during the first 7 days after booking we will normally refund all your payment. After that, refunds will be dependent on our re-booking the apartment.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: no charge for crib or high chair.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
