This property is owned and rented by Catherine and Robert, a Scottish couple who have been resident in this part of Spain for over 20 years.

• Girona Airport is within a 30 minute(s) drive. The nearest airport is Girona about 30-40 mins, one of Ryanair's main bases. There is also Barcelona International (about 90 miles) for BA, Delta, KLM, Lufthansa, Air France, Easy-jet etc.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. The bus station is about 300m and has regular buses to Girona and Barcelona. There is also a taxi bay in the same square. A taxi to girona airport is about €65 and to Barcelona airport about €120-130
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 6 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 2 minute(s). We are just 50 metres from the nearest supermarket and nearest restaurant. The centre of the shops is about 150 metres and there are dozens of reataurants, bars serving food and small bars with tapas and montaditos all within a 5 to 10 minute walk.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. The nearest beach is a discreet sandy little cove near the marina (about 250 metres) The main beach, bay and beachfront promenade is about 300 metres and continues round the bay for more than two kilometres. But you must also try La Fosca beach, one of the nicest sandy, shallow beaches in the world. (about 1 kilometre 15-20 mins walk)
• Nearby Attractions: This is a real Catalan town where you can get to know the people and enjoy Spanish life for a few days. Everybody falls in love with Palamos.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Cash
There are several options for payment depending on what country you live in and the time between booking and arrival. The easiest is always Paypal and we can also accept a bank transfer via SWIFT or IBAN. Sometimes a personal cheque is OK and for very late bookings we will accept cash (not credit card) on arrival. For this we will require to know your precise travel/arrival plans. If you have to cancel during the first 7 days after booking we will normally refund all your payment. After that, refunds will be dependent on our re-booking the apartment.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: no charge for crib or high chair.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
