Panoramic and sunny villa (70 m2) that faces the sea, set inside a private property of only three independent villas, situated approx. From the equipped terrace there is a beautiful view of the sea, Capo Mongerbino and the rocky shore below. Peaceful position. Covered parking under the terrace. DISTANCES: 15 km from Palermo, on one of the most beautiful areas of the gulf of Palermo. The villa is near Capo Mongerbino, a beautiful promontory over the sea, and just 5 km from Bagheria (all kinds of shops, famous villas that have been transformed into museums). The sea (rocky shoreline, platform where you can sunbathe and very small garden for entering into the water) is only about 100 m away and can be reached by taking a stairway that leads down through the rocks to the shore. 2.5 km from a sandy and pebble beach.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl. mezzanine: sunny living/dining room (satellite TV) with kitchen corner (built-in worktop counter), view of the sea and access to the terrace, 1 double bedroom with a view of the sea, 1 bathroom with shower. Washing machine. Simple-style but complete furnishings. Electric heating. Baby-bed available. Air conditioning.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
