Apartments that are part of a very new tourist structure, created from the complete restoration of an ancient tunny fishing structure, situated on the tip of Capo Callo, near the ancient village of Pescatori di Mondello, now a prestigious tourist location. The complex, now an integral part of the village of Mondello, is made up of 14 apartments and is located only 50 m from the sea where you will find a private tourist bathing establishment (cabins, large swimming pool, bar, restaurant) and which the guests can use on payment (special prices). Each apartment has its own well-equipped terrace, a reserved parking space in the underground garage (included in the price). From the apartments on the ground floor there are views of your own equipped terrace, from the ones on the first floor views of the town and the hills that rise above the coast, only from a few are there views of stretches of the sea and the coastline in the distance. Air conditioning (hot/cold), except in the bathrooms and kitchens. Very well kept, comfortable furnishings.

DISTANCES: 200m stretch of protected coast called marine reserve of Capo Gallo" (it is possible to go for organized excursions with tour guide), 300m centre of Mondello, one of the most well known and prestigious tourist locations in north-western Sicily (grocery shops, bar, restaurant, post office, bank, small port for leisure boats, boat hire), 400m the famous sandy beach of Mondello (a part of which is public and another part with private bathing establishment), 16 km Palermo. Within a radius of approx. 60 km: Cefalù (one of the most typical towns in Sicily), Erice (international centre of scientific culture), Trapani and S.Vito Lo Capo (stupendous beach and natural reserve of the zingaro ).
ACCOMMODATION: (75 m2) 1st fl.: living/dining room (satellite TV) with sofa bed and access to a terrace from where you can access (spiral staircase) a second sun terrace that is private and equipped and with view reaching as far as the sea, kitchen (freezer, oven, dishwasher), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds (no window), 2 bathrooms with shower one of which with washing machine.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
