Sunny and cosy apartment on the mezzanine ground floor of a two-family villa set inside a residential area of villas situated only 4 km from Mondello, one of the most famous bathing resorts in Sicily. The villa is situated only 200 m from the sea (cliffs) of which you can enjoy a broad view from the sun terrace. Peaceful position. The apartment is characterized by a large equipped terrace of 90m2, completely reserved for the guests and which can be accessed directly from the living room. The owner lives in the apartment on the floor below which is entirely independent also in its access. Private car access with car park inside the property.
ACCOMMODATION: (50 m2) Mezzanine gr. fl.: large living room (40 m2) with double bed and the possibility of a 3rd additional bed (satellite TV, telescope, air conditioning), kitchenette (freezer), 1 bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 4 km Mondello (all kinds of shops), characterised by a sandy beach, with elegant bathing centers, restaurants, tourist port and pubs creating a lively centre both during the day and at night. 15 km from the historic centre of Palermo. About half an hour away is Scopello characterised by its stacks and its ancient tuna fishing nets.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
