The charming apartment accommodates up to 6 people. The atmosphere is typical of a Sicilian house. All facilities are within a 5 minutes drive downhill. Private parking is available for two cars and it is free. A car is required.
The apartment has nice views of the garden. The outdoor area is charming and peaceful, guests can use the furnished private outdoor patio and enjoy the garden or the large terrace with the panorama of Palermo and a gas BBQ. The property has a lovely fenced pool, with changing cabin and hot shower for guests private use from 9,30 A.M. To 18,30 P.M. The personnel do not supervise the pool, guests will use it under their total responsibility. The pool is only 1,50 MT. Deep and it is absolutely forbidden to dive. Children while using the pool must be always kept under strict vigilance by a responsible adult.
The very helpful owner that lives in the main villa, will meet guests on arrival and show how everything works into the apartment, give maps and suggest itineraries.
The apartment has both heat and air conditioning. Bathrooms are modern, gleaming and each bedroom has direct access to the private patio and the garden. Amenities include free internet.
