The kitchen has a fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, dishes, glasses & cutlery and pots and pans. This is a small studio kitchen with a two ringed cooker, sink, and draining board provided.

This lovely studio can be found in the historical centre of Palermo. Nearby are a lot of sights of Palermo, shops, mini-markets, bars, restaurants etc. The studio (about 25m2) is completely renovated, includes kitchen-sitting room and recess. High-quality household linen (bed, bath and kitchen linen included in the price), fine furniture. Weekly cleaning and replacement household linen provided.
• Palermo airport is 18 Km away from the studio. Train station: 800 mt away from the studio.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the nearest shopping and dining is less than 10 minutes.
• Mondello beach is about 15 km far away.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel 7 or more days prior, payments (less 100) are refunded.
