25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. You will receive a 100% credit on a future booking if you cancel 15 or more days prior.

• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
