Payment Details

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 7 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
Monthly rentals have alternate payment options.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 10:00 AM and check out before 5:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 125.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
