"Water Haven II" is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located 20 minutes south of St. Augustine (the oldest city in America) and 20 minutes north of Daytona Beach (home of NASCAR racing). It is a wonderful place to have quality time with your loved ones doing simpler things...going to the pool, playing in the ocean, fishing, biking, walking, playing tennis, golfing, reading a good book and slowing life down a bit. The location is great for day excursions to towns in the area and over an hour from the famous Walt Disney World in Orlando.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
There is a 3% added paypal fee if guest chooses to pay by credit card.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
