Looking into the living room, surrounding the raised counter tops in the kitchen are four cherry bar stools for added seating. The beautiful dining room set with glass table top and hand-carved wood pineapple base seats four as well. The entryway, kitchen and dining room have ceramic tile.

    1 King Bed (sleeps 2). For the vacation hosts, the Master Bedroom has an elegant yet comfortable King Size Bed and TV/DVD/VCR for viewing pleasure. The bedroom suite is beautifully decorated in rich Caribbean woods of the Tommy Bahama style. In addition, there is high speed Internet access available. You have your own sliding door out to the private screened in porch. The huge Master Bathroom has Dakota red ceramic tile with a large double vanity and a spacious tiled shower with room for two. This bathroom has its own wall mounted hairdryer and an oversize linen closet.

    1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom 2 transports you to your favorite Caribbean island complete with numerous palm trees. It is equipped with its own TV/DVD/VCR system. This room is near a full bathroom equipped with a hairdryer.

    2 Twin Beds (sleeps 2). Bedroom 3 has the nautical theme of the Intracoastal. It is equipped with its own TV/DVD/VCR system. This room is near a full bathroom equipped with a hairdryer.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque
    Owner will absorb 3% Paypal fee for deposits. If guest pays the balance by credit card, guest will absorb the 3% fee.
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $25.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
