    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    All of the rent is required (30 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: $70.00 hire fee.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 11 days during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
