• Cairns International Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Airport transfer can be arranged price varies as to the number of passengers.
• Transit: can be reached by walking for 3 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Sun Bus is the local bus Company servicing Cairns and suburbs. There is a regular service to Cairns every 30 minutes.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). A casual 5 minute walk to Williams Esplanade which is adjacent to the Coral Sea. You will be spoilt with the variety of restaurants and alfresco cafes that await you, all with ocean views.
• Ocean is located within a 5 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Palm Cove Beach is monitored by the Cairns Surf Life Savers. It is a safe swimming beach even though it rarely has surf. During the months November to end May there is a stinger net for swimmers. All other months the beach is open to swim where you please. Beach Equipment: Canoe, Rentals Nearby and Windsurfer.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: on application.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 10 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
