Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival) If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Cash
A Departure Clean of $100 will be due at check-in.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
• Pool heat is included in rates.
