Canyon Country Club Estados is a beautiful, well maintained complex in a scenic area of the desert. Close to public golf, the area is great for walking, jogging and biking. The area is quiet and very well maintained. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Our unit faces west - with beautiful mountain views. Snow covers the mountain peaks in winter, but the temperature on the ground is warm and comfortable. We are adjacent to a tennis court.

The kichen underwent a remodel in the summer of 2009. New granite countertops; sink and water filter added. New oven/range and microwave added. A small Tv was added to the kitchen for convenience.

New ceiling fan/light installed in the dining area. A ceiling fan on the patio was also installed.

Our unit faces west from the patio where you can enjoy staggering views of the mountain backdrop. Snow covers the higher elevation peaks in winter. A number of famous stars and entertainers live in the area - some of their homes can be seen from the patio.

Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer - Western Union - Travelers Cheques

*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 10.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog or Cat is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 250 will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
